Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Style Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or swimwear (unless faulty). This helps us maintain quality standards for all our fashion-forward customers.

How to Return or Exchange

Exchanges

For size exchanges on our maxi, midi, or mini dresses:

  • No additional shipping charges for exchanges (unless upgrading to expedited shipping)

International Returns

For our global fashionistas (excluding some Asian/remote regions):
